What does it mean "sacrifice dragon crests by clicking collect below"

I used 100 dragon crests like it stated for the Aoede angel. However, it won't let me click collect at the bottom. Do I need to meet all requirements first before I can do that?

Well im guessing after you do the other 3 boxes the collect next to the angel pic lights up, click that and it takes 100 dragon crests off you

yeah u need to meet the other 3 requirements and then when u`l click collect u`l "lose" 100 dragon crests

the event will get it from your inventory.

if you do not have enough crest you cannot get Aoede Angel.
