Yah I had a similar issue with my heca during one match, kept critting a measly 100k instead of the usual 220k. Problem is, i cant seem to be able to reproduce that situation happened only one match

I can reproduce pretty much with every match against someone with that helm. Since i stay in front i easily get the helm buff.
And everyone running around with that helm, might as well have no healer at all

P.s mods can close this, as i posted in bug reports rather, dunno why i posted here. Clear as day to me that this is a bug
