Improvements in the guild (SHOP, SKILLS and New TOURNAMENT SYSTEM)

1- Event Guild
I was thinking about an event
a tournament between guild members to become the champion
then the champion each guild represent your guild in another tournament
in the preliminary competition of our guild get awards
after the champions of each guild competing for a jackpot
also the champion to win the final round, benefit their guild with bonus atk, def, agi, etc. ..for one week

2- Improve the Guild Shop
thought would be good idea can change Honor Bandges by others items or New Skills of Guild
A) basic skills for all guild members with donations made by guild members
B) purchase individual skills for the character or heroes with Honor Badges

I would rather have tears, seraphs, bless stones, and Gem Enhance stones be added to guild shop.

^ same as above, but Fashion cores also. Or if not Guild Shop, something other then the CS shop.

Not what i mean, yes the guild shop needs more items for sure, we are in a guild kinda need more then low lvl gems chests, TS scrolls etc etc.
But im saying Fashion cores would be nice to get else where instead of CS.
