Suppose I inherit hero A to hero B. Then if I inherit hero C to hero B as well, will training, blessing, etc stuck or will A to B inheritance be overlapped by C to B inheritance?

Training (that costs soulstones) will have total experience added together. so inheriting a red +7 into a yellow +1, for example, results in a yellow +10.

Upgrade (that costs blessed stones) simply uses the higher of the two values. Inheriting a +7 into a +12 is worthless, inheriting a +12 into a +7 results in a +12.
