Regardless what time zone this said server will be I am very much looking forward to it. I hope they will make an announcement about a new one soon. It's been a few days and I know they usually put up one or two a week.

Technically it's not a new server, it's just an instance level on that server. If there really was over 200 servers, there would be zero lag and the prices of things you buy from the shop would be stupidly high. -
