Im pretty sure its lagging. He is actually mining on site, but its lagging so that it seems as if he didnt move from his base. Plus, i think thats QingYunJian, and im 2000% sure hes not a hacker.

LOL yep, ROR sounds familiar. But seriously, I always get people screaming at me telling me to click the flag cuz they're saying im leaving base with the cart without collecting it lol but in fact I just finished mining and running back to base.
Btw, I wouldn't have any kills if I indeed can mine in base
let alone 16 kills
