not yet i dont think so. He just beat headless...needs some time to bring dodge over 12k-13k with ores. unless he already bought a lot of ores from events and is waiting for this. But before he passed headless he cant have more than 13k?

Go to GTArcade forum. Find Redshift or bruce1ee's thread about building dodge in the strategy section. There is a complete list of all dodge sources. Just note that only armor, greave and boots give dodge refinement bonus.
