It won't start until 10 AM server time. The update hasn't been applied yet. I'm thinking maybe the Oceanic servers though have gotten their times messed up for the start.

the heck it wont start im not idiot... its already started 9hrs ago here at oceanic server +8gmt....
there is now a tournament icon but there is no enemy please fix

when u learn from mistakes every update or new event is full with bugs or just isnt there
