I really can't get why all the ppl concider Snowy Queen as DAMN OP. What is so op in her?

maybe because evolved version can do up to 200% dmg to all targets , no rage , cant be stunned/confused , leave a hp% dot , and everytime it get hit gain a dmg increase/reduction ?
