New Event Preview: Lucky Tree

It is rather unlucky tree. On the first day I had problems with the version number of the game and I missed to exchange vouchers (and I dont have any jackpot vouchers, dont even know where to get it lol) so my tree level is still 2. Others on my server has level 5-6-7-8 or higher trees, but those ones too who has no dias and didn't spend any money for reaching that level. So this event for me is nothing, because I'm not able to reach higher tree level than 2-3. Where is the equality? While someone gets 20-200-1000 or more diamonds and lvl8-9 gems, I get nothing only some coins (I have 95 only) but not enough to exchange for some goods.

seems not only me got wiped all jackpot card with that stupid bug in first day, more peoples who talked hapen same all who coudnt open tree coz version

if for free treee event... i has get free diamond in trreeee but why i dont get diamond to my pocket player ?? in tree at inventory i get 680 free diamond but no in to my pocket player ???? can u tell me why ?? its a bug or something wrong thx

tree works fine for me , just a pity all my jackpot card vouchers are nowhere to be found in my inventory grrrr. and i had plenty of those
