Please report that on bug sections by making a new thread and adding screen-shots, else we cannot see the problem and fix it.
CS Wyrm was reported many times, and it's still being reported, but it's up to the devs to fix it.
Asgard chat I need screen-shot to see.

I have reported uncollectible CS CoM rewards due to a bug with screenshots twice, I have also reported me unable to participate in cross server single tournament finals due to bug and you have done nothing. I dont trust your intimacy anymore after seeing you ask me to be patient and you are aware of the problem but you never compensate the losses and then close the ticket saying you havent heard from me. When people lose their trust in GMs/devs that game is destined to die. And until I get compensated for all my losses I am not spending a single penny on this game as I havent done in the past 5-6 days. period

if we don't complete any events we are left with items which only occupies item slots without being useable, why are those in the slots and why we can't use them for other things or sell them out or something ...

well you better hold it for later since they might give option for replacement and for some event item it can be used when the event come again
