My god how long can this possibly take, for real people, s58, s54, s56 are we all down still? they started at what time? and its this late now. did they blow up a server and lose our data? they did didn't they, they just are trying to figure out a way to tell us all we all have to start over right?

Why would a new player go to an old server where they never can catch up? If I am a new player I will go to a new server where I start on an equal base with the others. It's the logical thing to do. No player like just trailing after old ones and never be able to compete with them.

Well, because we offer cookies and help? And we are happy to help new players here too

This server merge is undoubtedly a bad thing for s38 since I STILL CAN'T GET INTO THE NEWLY MERGED SERVER AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH I RELOAD IT CONTINUES GIVING ME A BLACK SCREEN. FIX THIS AND COMPENSATE FOR THE LOST DAY PLEASE AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH. My apologies for caps, I'm a bit irritated over this right now.

The ticket system is also messed up, there's no mail about opened tickets so as far as I can tell support tickets now go into a black hole.

Alchemy and VIP pack are bugged, can't alchemize and the VIP pack says it's been collected even thogh I didn't.

For those affected by the merge and can't log in there's no update yet. For those that can log in and have issues with HOC points file a ticket with attached screenshots if you can.
I will keep players posted about the login issues.

Did they forget to turn ours back on since S38 and 44 seem to be still having the issue with not being able to log in and we were being merged together? 5 hour downtime for merger has turned into 15+hrs so far.

This is so not okay. I have now tryed several times to make a ticket about this problem on S44 and no confirming email from the support team. This is so not okay. So now i will post it here. Take it or leave it.

Although I enjoy once in a while your little game to shoot birds, I would much rather play the game LoA than shooting your birds, but it is the only all of us to play from the 2 server that have merged can do, after you have decided to combine my server S 44 Serpent's Guile with another server it is impossible to log into the game.

Have talked with several members of my guild on facebook about it and ALL have the same problem. I have tried deleting my cookies and clear my cachs and it continues to fail in loading the game. I even tried to flush my DNS but still I have the same problem. I have tried several browser but with the same result as you can see on the picture that I have attached as evidence. I have to talk with someone from the other server we have been merged with and she can not get into the game eigther.

Be so kind to look at our server as soon as possible so that we an get into the game again.
