[Announcement] UB17 Loading Issue

Dear players,

Developers and technical departments have been engaged in an emergency investigation, with regard to the loading problem of the ub17 server group (S97, S98, S108, S115, S87, S90), and the unsuccessful reset of daily activities. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by the recurring problems.

The server is stable now. If the problems happen again, please contact the SUPPORT TEAM with your original server number and in-game name. We will send the feedback to developers in time in order to solve the problem timely and effectively.

Please continue to pay attention to this post, we will be sure to follow up the problem. We will be updating the post as soon as everything is completely fixed, and sending compensation reward via Hot Events to everyone to make up for the inconvenience.

here with me hav problem log-in, i have clean and re-instal R2 client but still got problem...

also loop quest for all herb of grace, we have to buy with dim...

fyi, my other chart IGN-LILA, server Raphael (600) runing well..
