The thing is i also have account on Gtarcade site ad its the same happening the same thing. I find that very odd .. i mean arent they a different company? How can this issue affect both of them?

They must have some connection to R2 maybe same server infrastructure as you play against GTArcade servers in team PVP.

As we all don't know what is the exact issue, we can't say its long or not. If you ever tried to solve a Computer Related Problem you should know its unopredictable to give an exact time when the issues will be solved. Bear that in Mind MAN.

R2 will not fully compensate for **** servers or service. If they give you anything, it'll be like 3% of what you would have gotten and just say, "hey, give us some more of your money" like the greedy ***** do on every game they host.

Dont hold your breath on getting much for compensation.

And where does it say that they are required to compensate us? I've played MMOs and browser games for years and have seen all kinds of problems manifest on them. You should also keep in mind that this game is still in the beta stage, which means that the problems are going to be worse than on other games as the issues which snuck past the filters crop up.

As for the quality of the servers... do you even know how much a server costs? Can you afford a dedicated server to provide service across the entire country? Can you afford the bandwidth? Can you afford the losses in money when a server goes down for any reason?

Firstly: Thank you to the forum mod for posting this thread so we know the issues are being addressed.

Secondly: As he has stated he is simply a forum mod he will be passed down information as and when it becomes available. So there is no point having a go at him because these issues are not his fault.

Thirdly: I am sure we will receive some compensation however we have not missed out on an event that offers us diamonds so that isn't going to happen. I am sure in due time we will receive adequate compensation.

And lastly try to chill you obviously enjoy the game and all mmo's experience some technical difficulties at some point just bear with them please.
