What is the EASIEST MOST DEPENDABLE WAY to access YOUR game?

Make it easy for us cuz I think you may be losing some great customers in the first 2 weeks of gameplay
Or is that part of the plan? Get 5-10-15-20 bucks then who cares how things work?

I have account issues. When I started playing LOA, it was linked to my facebook account, through this screenshot:

But I was getting tired of clicking the link from Yitien to LOA, cause I also play yitien.
So I signed up using my email account that is tied to my facebook account.
When I logged in, this is the account showing:

I don't want to start all over again.
I need your help to retrieve my old account, is it possible to retain the old account ?
