Could we get clarified how long the maintenance takes?

In this forum thread it says 5 hours but on loa.r2games.com it says 4.

5 hours but it can take more time, server mustn't be able to login at right time... We need to wait. I wish that there won't be a restart characters? I was so happy that I am reach 35lvl xD So, now in my country is ten o'clock, how much time stay to on servers for Europa?
