how come in my inventory shows that i have 400 group tickets, but when I go to group buy, everything in there shows I have 0 group ticket. Please help!

I think the group buy event is totally useless for those who didn't spend any diamonds because until now (Day 2) i have 400 of those tickets and i can't even do anything with it.

Given that only certain items can be discounted of a certain number of diamonds like Claudia's Icon can only be discounted of 400 diamonds (400 tickets usage maximum), and it means if i have 2K tickets I still have to use 1.6K diamonds to buy it

to be honest, the way that you guys described the "Todays Gift" event, gives us nothing like that. Below is the description you gave us and below that is the description from what the game gives us.

Being that we cant use these properly without putting in about $20-$50 worth of diamonds, this event is practically useless..not to mention that compensation is owed based on what you've provided to be the exact rewards for this event. Why not make an event that allows us to use these useless "Group Tickets" by exchanging them for vouchers. Same thing about the apples from the new years event. We can no longer use, sell or throw them away.

Why did r2 disable the ability for free players, when teh do surveys, to collect the reward?

why bother giving group buy tokens if you still need diamonds to purchase anything. Bring back the apple offers instead, at least they were fair and you had a choice.

Can someome please tell me how to use the Group Tickets?? I have 350 and can do nothng with them! I would rather have mre events for Gold or voouchers. I am not going to pour money into a online game.

After you click 'buy now', there are 2 boxes on the page. One for quantity and the other underneath it for group tickets. Click the '+' until you've used up to the max. allowable group tickets for your discount.

The second box can't be used because even though it says we have the group tickets in our inventory it does not register them in the event.
