Well, there goes my stamina ... wasted! Garden - plundered by fools! Heroes sitting idly by because I can't get in there and lash them into drills!

Mainteance is a necessary part of any large game system. However, proper planning and notification of what is occurring is a good part of customer service. The server downtime is now over double of what was expected. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!

It might suprise you to know that giving people updates HOURLY of what is going on will vastly improve relations. You want more customers ... then do not abuse the ones you currently have. LISTEN to us.

if only s1 and s2 that gets updates first, why the other server in maintenance?

Due to system errors caused by the update, all servers will be inaccessible for another hour. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we will be providing a compensation pack after. Please also note that the packs you obtain from the VIP Pack and Daily Loot remain the same. Hope to see you all back in game as soon as the maintenance is finished!

Dear GM

I would like to submit suggestions. If GM did Treatments Server, do not forget to give us a gift for a loss because the hours of play we lost, we still have Attempts unused. The only suggestion that I want to. if accepted I am very grateful. if not it is the right GM. Previously I say thank you.
