It's not a bug. Someone is mining the ore, and you're not allowed to mine.

@iamop, cant you see the icon of the cursor?? he is trying to attack someone but couldnt. And that is the point of attacking, to stop other player on mining the ore. maybe you are one of those that knows how to abuse the bug that's why you are acting like a stupid ****!?
