I believe the thread was actualy posted about 2-3 hour ago, maybe even not that long. The GM made the announcement on server chat about 1-2 hours before the maintenance started, telling us to check forums for further details, but guess what? This thread didn't even exist when he told us to check it.....

Not quite. I just went and looked carefully... this thread was made at 11:16 PM acording to the forum time, and the post you just made was made at 1:07 AM. It was indeed started yesterday acording to the forum time but in fact it's been only about 2 hours since it was created. This also means the thread was made 44 minutes before maintenance.

maybe they do something to increase servers speed. I dont think they merge servers because some servers under maintenance are pretty new ones.
Under maintenance are all Europe servers and all Oceanic(except S132).

If you want to do such maintenance please give us information before when you want to do maintenance. And also plan your maintenance to right times. Maintenance must like between 00:00-11:00(server time). Send in game mail message about maintenance atleast 24h before and use tht area what you are using for showing some events that there is maintenance time.

I hope compensation for if i miss because of your maintenance 600 devotion event.

Sir, in our server we haven't had CS since it was started about 20 days ago so we do not have many means to get those, now there is an event that gives vouchers for devotion points and we grab every opportunity to obtain it so you don't have any right to judge us. I know maintenance is normal for a game but so far, the compensations they give is not worth the things we lose because of these bugs. Please be more considerate and grow up. You're acting immaturely and it makes you look like an idiot. Have a nice day.

Let me guess, you are one of the fools spending lots of money and putting up with a buggy game Telling others to get life is a bit hypocritical considering 1: You are playing this game too so have no life like the rest of us and 2: you are lurking on the forums just to say your piece.

You know why they are doing it right? Its because they couldn't do their job in the first place, so compensation is needed and welcomed to keep players happy. Do you think most of the players would put up with all the bugs etc if they were not compensated?

Dear fellow players,

After playing Wartune for over a year, added with 2 months of LOA,, i dont expect ANY costumer service of R2 anymore. Bugs and crashes will keep popping up on a weekly bases. They'll keep us rather uninformed, not before nor after maintenances /s.shutdowns.. They will maintain their crappy evolution of small tweaks and bugfixes forever, w.o giving us any major fun2play gamechanges.. But most importantly ,, all they really care about is for u to put enough moneyz in their game.. Giving close to nothing in return. They don't give much damn about what u think, what u personally experienced or how u got bugged , they really don't.. so don't bother.
My advice to you , deal with it or quit it ,, cause its the same treatment as over a year back, so I think it's save to assume that that won't change soon.

That's how I stand before them, thought i'd share it for once

I think you shud make a fix time when doing a maintenance, so that all you have to inform us is the date.
