Count again it is 3 days minus 19 minutes. All day17th, all day 18th, all day 19th.

Complaining about a service you pay for is not whining, it is expecting value for your money. If you pay someone for a service and they don't do it you have a right to fire them (quit) and a right to get your money back.

They are doing a terrible job and unless the compensation is all the money spent on vip and diamonds then it will not be adequate, let alone great.

BTW,You don't get any bonuses for kissing up to R2

First of all not kissing up to them defending them From all the qoutes before i saw one guy saying why dont we defend them and cheer them on...
second The vips payed for perks which they got for the days before, As i am not a donator i dont know it it lasts for time or w.e but they will length your vip time its timely other wise dont worry itll forever be there
Third The time doesnt matter as long as all is fixed!

Perhaps you should have thought of " providing us a better game-playing experience" before releasing this game. We can understand a few bugs coz there's no such thing as a bug free software but really, this game is some sort of a system junk. Almost every feature is bugged. We pay 6.99 dollars a month for mere 2D sidescrolling game which is too much in that context and yet you cant give us a simple, enjoyable game-playing experience.

these things came out now they cannot go back in time since they cant fix it before releasing this game
also paying is your choise this is a F2P game so not our problem
and the bugs were so bad they had to fix it. i dont see you being able to fix this... so let them do their job

As you admit you don't know so, you really shouldn't comment on it. Also you have no idea what they will do so again, you really shouldn't comment on it. Also just because the time doesn't matter to you does not mean it does not matter to others. They are paid for a service and are doing a horrible job. I think a full reimbursement of all VIP members would be fair and then all the F2P would see how long the game would last without the VIPs paying their way too

Though you think they might fix the recharge with this update? Even though my server isn't listed Server 30, it would be nice if they fix the recharge. I really wanted three things from the item shop but I can't recharge. Tried like 3 times and all says incomplete so I hope they fix it and soon.

So what now?

Ok so I couldn't log in this morning and got message that the server is under maintenance, later on when trying to log in I got a pop up saying there will be maintenance from 17th(which is yesterday and I was on yesterday) till 19th 23:51(which is tomorow night) and I was like ***? Seriously? Just like that no warning no nothing... And when I was about to give up for the day I decided to try and log in one last time and BAM I logged in just to see that a gm wrote that there will be 6hrs maintenance and to get an anouncement that after 1.5hrs there will be 6hrs of maintenance.... So what? Servers ware down the whole morning and now they just put them up for 1.5hrs and then down again? Either I am going retarded or r2 are...

Dude, im a programmer. Before you release a **** like this it needs to undergo phases and one of them is UAT(User's Acceptance Test) which determines whether a software is usable or not. They should have taken care of these major bugs on development not on production.

Check ur phone's credit / bank account to see if they took the cash , i'v tried to recharge and got incomplete but they still took my money..And since then they're billing team passed me to fb billing and to others and so on...and still nothin even tho i'v given all that they'v requested.
