Well so far I've noticed that Dragon soul respawn skill works in TA. But you guys at R2 really need to work on how you do your announcements and make sure that once the update has actually taken place the announcement disappears again

Well so far I've noticed that Dragon soul respawn skill works in TA.

I can verify that. I have seen the resurect skill actually work as intended in TA today.seen it in last match though so havent paid attention to any other skill beyond the claws reflect that its obvious that still doesnt work.
Also DS skills still need 30/30 to activate.

Dragonsoul is pretty bugged for the majority of it. I've never seen anyone but the Mage's skill ever activate, and in TA when it did they now go on but their angel is not there. I would've won today after respawning if my angel came back with me.

Phat I've seen my revive work without both elements at 30. (For example: on my main Phoenix worked with my Ice at 24 and my Wind at 26)

I've had it work in Zodiac.

This isnt the case for some of the skills, warrior to be exact, on my server.
the 50% chance after they die to give rage to back row does not work bellow 30/30.
