Once you level up a card to level 4, do you stop collecting that card from the boxes?

Example: if I level up White Knight Troy to level 4, and I open an expert box, is there still going to be a chance I'll get a White Knight Troy card again?

Pandemonium Lvl 2 stat's are now up

All the cards are random if your opening a green box your only getting white which is common and green if it's rare same goes with blue which in this case it's green is common and blue is rare and purple is blue is common and purple is rare. All the boxes that you receive is random.
