Say a skill takes 5 seconds to go off, 100% increase means when you try the skill again it would take 10 seconds. -

Its useful because u can pull off one or more hits in just 1 turnLearn the search function and use the search function help r2 by reducing the threads which might have already been posted

Skills do not launch immanently. Some skills have longer cast times than others. Harder hitting skills are longer than rage gainers.Originally posted by lekshooting1 View Post
This means you cannot see much of a cast time difference in the rage gain skills, but say you start up a delphic and have it on you, you might get 2-3 rounds in before they can hit.Comment
