no point for win 2nd preliminary round

My guild played the 2nd preliminary round and we had a win over the guild we match with in less than 30 min for make 10k point first and fight end .
we got our reward for this win after battle end , but after the round end and rank update ( 1 hr from it start even wait till next round )
the rank wasnt show our win , as we lost our first round rank should show one victory and total of 15k point ( 5k from first lose and 10k from 2nd win )
but sadly the rank show that we have 0 victory and only 5 k point from the first lose like we didn't play this round ( not even count our 2nd round as lose )

it's already have been 3 weeks for some guild and 2 weeks for the most part who got that bug

To me it feels the are more bugs this CS GB than the previous one.
