The glitches from last week not fully fixed

I put in ticket 220444792 and when I try to answer it now, the reply doesn't go through. On 2 servers I ams till showing as not logged in for Monday the 9th and I certainly was in game, just could not click on check in. On one server, my VIP level was high enough to do it automatically. It seems that they deemed it fixed and won;t take anymore tickets.

I've asked a GM to look into your case, but 220444792 is not an R2 ticket number. Please search for the correct one, R2 tickets have a 6 digit number.

But apart from that; the GMs found out what the issue is and will forward it to the developers.
