Arena machmaking issues

Gents,

My arena team on server 580 is lvl 20-27 and we are always facing teams 40+ 50+ sometimes even 80 teams come up... please fix this

I think there is almost no other lv27 teams doing arena, so the system has to match your team w/ higher levels.

I believe with 580 servers it is impossible to not have a 20-29 teams doing arena, also this is happening with some others friends with teams 30, 40.. they are always facing lvl 50+

there are a lot more high levels than there are low levels, it's basic math dude
