Question about Android servers

I am wanting a fresh start on Mobile, I'm currently on the latest server (67 US-East) but I was wondering how often new servers come out on Android, and what timezone will it be located?

You would have to visit the Kabam site for that since r2 has nothing to do with the mobile version of wartune
