I have some sylph crystaloids remained for 1 year. Now the game doesn't see them and in +, I cant sell them. I made a request to get a response on another mail and nothing. In the request I asked to change my crytaloids and again nothing. In fact, I have many items that cannot be sold and I don't need them.

Sylp loids can now be found under the "profile" tab in your bag.

If you have any in your inventory, click on them and select "use in bulk"
that way they will be added to your profile and they can be used

As mentioned, if you have any sylph crystaloids in your inventory, you will need to transfer them to your profile to be able to use them. Seeing as you may have a few items that are now only usable via profile, I will list them here so you know to 'use' them to transfer.

Sylph Crystaloids
Insignia (although if you plan to get married on your toon, or are, it may be handy to keep some of these to feed your marriage tree)
Sylph Essence
Crypt Tokens
