Gift Code Redemption

Does that feature work at all? I copy/paste the code as stated on the webpage and it gives me an "invalid code" message.
I recall having sent a ticket about this around 4 days ago, and haven't got an answer.

Edit: It says "check the number, and try again". Let me tell you "rSRatadD6QDRHMHR" may be a code, but I'm pretty sure that it's not a "number"

It has been known that some servers ( especially new servers) Are not working with the code redemption regarding the mobile event.
So as i see that you already sent a ticket all you have to do is wait for an answer or reply to the ticket asking for a response. They've stated somewhere that they will enroll a compensation to those servers affected with this issue. So you can either wait too for the compensation.
