Missing Campaign Quests

Hi! Im Nightbolt from Wartune Kabam S165. I overleveled to lvl 32 by going spam happy with bounty board on this new server, while i still had a lvl 18 campaign quest. After completing said quest, there were no more quests. (I still have a hero quest). Upon asking my guildmates 2 said they had encountered this problem before and that I was straight up ****. I have sent a support ticket but support is slow so I came here. I have only 3 quests and not one of them is for regular campaign.

Cache Bug

hello, this has been bugged for awhile be for you could login and the cache would pop up right after game lunched but now it wont pop up at all but i have found that if i Pm someone it comes right up. here is a link to a video i just made

today in sylph expedition i did the last elite (as u can see in the pic) but i didn't get the first time clearance rewards i would really like u to fix this cos i really trully need those divinity shards oh and the GM button doesn't work for me i keep pressing it and nothing pls tell me what to do

UNABLE to ENTER DIMENSIONS via MYSTIC GATE

Dragon invasion and Bloody inferno

In di and bi rewards will keep coming out of my screen even when the other players have already started a new battle.its really a pain when u get in a battle and the boss has already lost 1-2 of its hp bars.
this is not a connection issue since i can login my alt account (barbie girl) at the same server using the same pc and do di and bi without any issue.
i believe if it was a connection error, it must have caused problems with spining dice too. but i am the fastest spinner most of the times in di bi. further more the most laggy things like arena and guild battle work excellent for me. have been using the same connection for over 3 years and the issue has just started after the new patches ( started in september)

hey
i have a really annoying problem with dragon invasion and bloody inferno. whenever i kill a boss and roll the dice, the rewards will keep coming to my inventory till late even after the team members have started the new battle. its like i get in after 30 secs or usually after the first hp bar of the next boss is down. it started happening just after the eudemons came up. its not a connection issue since i can spin the dice really quick after the battle.

Cloud Adventure Spin Bug

Problem: Where is the consecutive recharge event!! Also missing compensation for most recent maintenance!
(You can clearly see this in the pictures provided)

I was just about to get the 15 day rewards, If I recharged once more. Logging on today I saw that the event was completely gone! it had a duration of 30 days after server opening. What I find odd is that the event to reach lv55 in 30 days was still active and in events menu ( see picture taken in-game)
How can one event be gone and another still there if they go for exactly the same time period! ( see forum picture of consecutive recharge start/end time)
I made a point of recharging consecutively just so I could get the rewards, now I cant collect the rewards from the event. An event has finished prematurely.

Pretty positive that today I would have gotten that 15 day recharge reward!! (I thought I would get it yesterday, but thought it must be today instead and I had miscalculated how many days I have recharged consecutively)
I would like to know what you intend to do about the missing compensation too as you can see there is no evidence of it being in the event list

Unable to access Guild Skills

Unable to access guild skills. Skill page stuck at Demonic Region level 1. My husband plays as well and I can see he can access the skills and we are in the same guild. Although others in our guild such as myself can not.

There is a bug in the City:
Both Warehouse and Barracks has been set twice.
On warehouse, one of them is "blocked" by The forgotten Catacombs
On Barracks, one of them is "blocked" by the other.

- I see many of those small bugs, but as i never knew how to report it, i always forget to do so. Now i tried, and i hope it is undestansable :-)

December 18, 2015. when i logging in the game i saw my BR decreased so I open my Inventory then i saw some gems in my equipment are gone even the level 8 gem that i receive is also gone. please make an action for this thanks.
