~ Is this about Wartune? If so:
~ *which* battles can't you enter?
~ What happens when you try to enter said battle?
~ Add a screenshot of what happens or what the screen says
~ *which* rewards can't you get?
~ Screenshot of the rewards you can't get.
~ What have you tried to fix this? For instance:
~ cleared cookies, cache and flash files?
~ Updated Flash player?

If OP is referring to the browser version of Wartune, then yes: R2 provides that support. If they are referring to the mobile app version of Wartune that Kabam has, then he's not in the right place
R2 provides the support for all it's affiliate platforms. At least, as far as Wartune is concerned.
