I am trying to upgrade my 70 gear to 80 gear. I have been saving crypt tokens forever just for this purpose. When I try to buy the shards in the crypt shop, it tells me I do not have enough crypt tokens, when I have over 28,000 in my inventory. I have opend 5 or 6 tickets in game over the last month or so, and I cant even get anyone to respond. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please click on the crypt tokens in your inventory, and click "Use All". Crypt tokens now work like your insignias, they are stored in the Profile tab of your backpack. And only when they are in there can they be used.
So click "Use all" and then you'll be able to spend them."The trolls of the Ramtops call her Aaoograha hoa ("She Who Must Be Avoided")
and the dwarf name for her, K'ez'rek d'b'duz, translates to "Go Around the Other Side of the Mountain."
