We only tell you to do that when it's not an everybody issue. This was an everybody issue, on all the games and on all the platforms, as it was yesterday, and the day before that, and I do believe the day before that as well. Seems to be a daily occurrence, 20 minutes of horrible connection and out of the norm lag, followed by 20 minutes of the entire site taking a quick nap, before it corrects itself.
