EXP resets

I started playing two days ago. I dunno if something is going on I dont know about but i been level 39. And twice this has happened...but when my EXP gets about half way it resets how much I have to Zero. I got an after picture...woulda took before if I had known. Can anyone help me with this issue...kinda like the game and if it does it one more time then im leaving. Getting fustrating wanting to progress
