Can you please file a ticket about this, with any screenshots (showing you are not gaining items from duels). From there, the folks who can look into that, are able to do so
If you are however talking about battlegrounds, please bare in mind you will only receive points the first two attempts of each day. You will not gain honor once you have reached daily max also (6k).Retired Moderator.
