[Reported] 8/18 Raising War Emblem Resistance is Wrong!

Hi,

This must be a bug, it clearly says it is Resistances Essence and not Reduction Essence.

Then it says Reduction :S

raising war emblem resistance event bugged

as you can see i used quite some war emblems to get the level up rewards, however it shows i used 0 in the 'raising war emblem resistance' event so i can't retrieve rewards.

My ticket number is 397125

Sure it a bit *cupcaked* to have you use one thing and get another... but seriously... the people who don't read the event, 'assume' it's working 'how it should' and send tickets are worse... Just sayin'

War Emblem Resistance Rewards Bug

There are 2 resistance events today.

First, raising resistance to various levels. Second, use 20 essences to collect rewards.

I just used all my war emblem resistance essences and, while I can claim rewards for achieving resistance levels, it does not register that I have used any essences for the other event and I cannot claim for using 20 or more.

Any advice/comments from R2 on this?

I just opened a ticket for this, but it seems R2 are not interested as they did not allocate me a case number
