No rewards AGAIN!

This is getting really old. For the 5th time today, we did sylph boss only to get 0 rewards. We are doing plenty of damage. One of top teams at every boss we attend. Typically a fast boss (with many attending) still would accrue 5M gold/15 stoves. Sometimes it has happened with virtually no one else at boss (typically 10-20M gold 20-30 stoves)

With this being the 5th time it has happened to just my team ***!!!!???

Multiple tickets have been made and ignored and even deleted. Now they wont even give a ticket # to check up on the ticket you create.


Help please. Missing around 25-60M gold and 50-90 stoves already from this glitch. Have screen shots but really need video of the chat to prove no rewards were gained.... (which i also have)

First round, make sure you / your team remove ALL resistances to the boss (to guarantee that you die at least once). They, reapply resistance and have at 'er. Should have no problems that way.

Whenever the support team gets multiple tickets from the same player about the same thing they close the newest ticket and rely on the original. If you have the original ticket number you can find it through that or reply to the email and that will keep the ticket alive.

If you aren't getting a ticket # you are probably using the old support link. They changed the link with the update the new way is through http://www.r2games.com/support/ you have to pick a topic and drill down until you see Submit a Ticket at the bottom.

not sure how you managed 5 atoll bosses in one day when they only appear every 6 hours

This is false.
Everytime you die, you "save" your progress.
You can die 20 times, but if in last round you survived to boss's delphic, you have a chance to get no rewards for last round. All previous 20 are counted for rewards.
