sylph upgrade bug please help

this bug happened to my friend when the sylph upgrade event showed up he tried to use some of his mhara but the problem he cant use any of it on any sylph he tried reinstall flash player and clear cache but it didn't work for him he filled a ticket but no respond the problem by details when he click upgrade or adv upgrade nothing happen even no message show up i would be grateful if someone could tell us what to do.... character name shorty s 126 +merged server
