Can't synthesise from Magic Shop (Farm)

Bug: farm materials not registered by system

Description: I have collected enough antlers and ox horns but cannot use them to create respective reward chests or elixirs. It started off with not registering a few materials and is growing now. yesterday it did not register 22 antlers and today its on 33. Its the same with ox horns. please, try and get to this. thank you

Apart from that, without seeing the amount of antlers and ox horns in your inventory, there doesn't seem like there's anything wrong with these pictures.
