there was a bug in battle grounds a a player was clearly exploting this bug which is against the TOS so why can 1 player get away with it yet not so long ago 5 players got a 5 day ban for bug exploting i sent tickets with screen shot and all i get is (an email has been sent to email follow the link ) and yet still waitnig on the said email so not only did he/she get away with exploting a bug support dont even care

The new ticket platform does indeed not seem to be sending emails. R2 is aware of that and working on it.
That, however, has nothing to do with support allegedly not caring. The email you're missing out on in an automated email, not a reply written by a GM themselves.
