May I ask what browser you're using to log in?

There seems to be a big problem with Maxthon's browser locking up currrently.

I suggest possibly using Comodo Ice Dragon as it seems pretty stable on Wartune at this point.

i still can't login game..everything is in pause..even the guide of sending a report is hard..so sad to have this experience..i'm thinkin' not to load game anymore because nothing is happening even if you send a message to this site

Have you done what our Mentor has suggested? Can you please list everything you have tried already, so we can give you other things to try.

i still experience this issue on 497...can't enter game after maintenance on 08/20/15
