Adv.Sepulcrums only for non maxed enchant sylph?

Just done 2nd Evolution Sylph and realized i can not use ordinary Sepulcrums yet. But it was not max enchant sylph.
Is it not correct can use ordinary Sepulcrums till max old stats and then use Adv.Sepulcrums? Just like forge yellow/red eqp.

No. It has always been like that. Hence why people have been told to max enchant BEFORE going 2nd evo.

well they took adv sepulcrums out of sylph arena .. so good luck getting them if not pay loads

yeh it would take em a few minutes of coding to put a warning in about evolving before basic sep being fully done. Goes to show the way this game thinks.

Getting back on topic to the original question, Adajames is correct. If the sylph is not maxed before 2nd Evolution, advanced sepulcrum is required.
