Combined gems: Is there a new limit for socketing into armour? Or a new bug?

A couple people on the server (KabamS67 Europe) are unable to resocket more than 2 combined gems into armour:
- remove 4 level combined gems from armour,
- upgrade armour...,
- resocket gems,
- fail.

Are there new limits imposed on use of gems and combined gems in armour? If so... where can we find these out? And if not, I guess this is a bug report!

Update from the front...

Those of us who double-click to remove and add gems are just fine. Those spoiled few who enjoy a good drag and drop, well they do seem to have new limits on which gems will drag where.

Hopefully a guildie or two will post a pic.
