Advanced Sylph Advancement Bug

I used 120+ advanced mahra today. The event that had the different stages gave ne the rewards but the one that is "use 20 for rewards" gave no reward. Cant even find where you guys moved the help ticket button since last patch since support takes me to a FAQ type page.

Am I only one having Mahra event issues ?

The event is made to use balens, not adv mahra. I used 20 adv mahra and did not get any rewards.
