9/16 Consecutive Recharge Bonus Event - 5th day Award NOT Given

I have recharged my account every day since 9/16, BUT when I recharged it today I did NOT receive my 5th day rewards. I sent a ticket in about 2 hours ago, and have STILL NOT received, not even a confirmation nor a ticket number. I am sure that I will receive some stock reply about something that I supposedly did wrong. I can furnish a screen shot of my PayPAl account or my Outlook page that show the recharges.

I am playing on Kabam server S3 and my character's name is Chip69.
