So I googled the message you're getting, and according to someone from Kabam Wartune with the same question back in July, it was resolved by allowing the browser to accept cookies from third party sites. The times I ran into that problem, I basically went to bed and it is working again as per normal next morning. It seems to be some sort of DNS or routing issue rather than a game problem.

Please do all of the following:
~ Clear your flash cache, following this linked guide
~ Clear your cookies and cache. (You said "checked cookies and cache", but not sure if you actually mean clearing it...)
~ Stop downloads, video/music streaming and other flash heavy games/sites
~ Try a different browser
~ Try a different server (one you have not yet played on)
~ Check your ISP if there are any outages that can affect your connectivity.
