  • Deleting credit/debit info from account, what does support mean?

    Hi there, Im trying to delete by the stored information from one of my accounts, however, support told me to "contact the payment method" used, so what does that mean exactly?
    If I used a debit card, who would I need to contact? and what exactly would I need to tell them, I've never heard of anything like this before...

        Kabam uses a different payment processor, and it's them who have your info stored. I wasn't able to find an email address to the payment processor listed on Kabam, so I've been suggesting sending in a ticket through Kabam support, just don't select Wartune as a category or they will bounce it back to R2, and R2 can't assist with this.

        If you need help with picking a proper category for your ticket, I can grab a link for you when I am back at my computer in a couple hours, unless someone beats me to it.

          Im not sure how to do it through Kabam, when I click support, it takes me to r2 ticket page (support.r2gmes) where you put in your toon information. I don't know why they made this more complicated than it should, but ty for helping.

            They did make it quite hard to find, but I found what you need.

            Click on that, then click the "Need More Help" button at the bottom. On the ticket form, for the Game, select the "Other Web game" option. Your title should be Remove debit card info from account, followed by a brief description that mentions you need your debit card info removed from your account. The Player name and Server is whatever one you recharged on. Submit that, and hopefully they'll get back to you soon.

            Again, please do not mention the word Wartune in your Kabam ticket, or Kabam will automatically send your ticket to R2.
