I have a character on S35 and haven't been able to log on for 2 days. My character on S24 is working fine. Can someone help?

laerok1, what shows on the screen when it gets stuck? Is it a black screen, a stuck at loading at a certain percentage?

hey.. was in dimension - lagged up so refing.. now I cant get back in. It stops at 74% loading and the diagnose gives me a black clean screen.... Kabam s67.
