Didn't recieve any mail or ticketnumber for my complain

I filled a ticket but I didn't get any mail or ticketnumber back.
How do I know if R2 recieved my ticket?

Known problem. Just let the mods here know your- nevermind, it is in your sig.

They should be able to tell you the ticket number.

Tickets do go through, even if you don't get a number assigned. It's one of the numerous flaws with the new website and platform that was installed last month...

If you've not received a reply via your email ~48 hours after you filed the ticket, let us know and we can ask for your number and chase your ticket for you. Like Ada pointed out, the info in your sig is enough for us to get your number.
